Roasted Red Pepper soup with Sauteed Chard



Super easy, only 6 ingredients for an elegant delicious low calorie and nutrient dense dinner!


  • 1 Container of Trader Joe’s Organic Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup 
  • 1 whole Bunch of Organic Swiss Chard (Rainbow)
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • sea salt
  • garlic powder

Heat soup in a pot separately, this soup needed a little dressing up so I added a little Himalayan Sea Salt and Garlic Powder to taste (of course this is optional).

1 whole bunch of Swiss Chard

Perform a “rough Chiffonade” on the Swiss chard (ribbon-like cut)


Here is a quick video that shows you how-to Chiffonade

Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic then add Chard and saute until tender.


Once completed plate Chard in a deep salad bowl or shallow soup bowl and pour in soup.


That’s it.  Its delicious, filling, clean, packed with nutrients~! About 178 calories for a 1 1/2 cup serving. SO ENJOY
